I learnt that Will Kinder is the main producer and his job is to make sure that the play list timing and the news is all up to date.
Personality is a major issue for selecting a DJ/Presenter.
The Play lists are made up every week by a group of producers after about 7 pm the DJs take control of the play lists.
The Reporters meet up at 8am every morning to choose the stories for the lunch time and evening news.
There is a chat rooms on the web site for listeners to chat about new music, news and the show.
